Villa Peninsula is located on the top of a cliff, just 80 meters from the clear blue water! Just 5 minutes drive from village "Plaka" and 10 minutes from sandy beach of Almyrida, it’s location provides totally privacy and exclusivity.
Apokoronas district, where the villa is located, is well known for the beautiful beaches, the picturesque villages and the nice food, while the city of Chania with all its historical monuments, beautiful old town with many restaurants and bars and all facilities can be found within 30 minute drive.
The villa has 2 levels and is integrated to the natural environment.
At the lower level, where the main entrance is, you will find the internal staircase leading you to the upper floor and 1 spacious bedroom / guest house with a double bed and a comfortable sofa that converts to double bed too. There is also a fully equipped bathroom at this level too.
From the internal staircase, you reach the upper level, where you will find a spacious living room with amazing views to the sea, the sunset and the mountains.
The big sliding doors which lead to the veranda, are able to unify the interior space with the exterior veranda for relaxing and romantic dinners!
This open space has no air-conditioning units, however due to the surrounding doors and windows always has a nice breeze inside.
There is also a fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms with double beds and 2 bathrooms at this level.
At the exterior of this level, there is a nice private pool with sunbeds, an external dining and lounge area for relaxing evenings and a BBQ.
