For us, the location was great. Felt quite quiet and rural but still within easy walking distance of both the beach resort and Lake Kournas (20 mins or so). The room was simple but clean and adequate as we were really only using it as a base as out and about most days. We visited in October and the weather was a bit mixed so unfortunately we only got to enjoy the pool on one day. The pool and snack bar was closed so can't comment on that but the pool area was lovely and well kept. When we arrived the room was a twin bed not double so we asked to move. They then gave us a choice of rooms and we were lucky to get a room with a large balcony and great views of the sea and mountains. We felt it was great value and would recommend.
