Located on the largest island of Greece, the stunning island of Crete, in Apokoronas region, more specifically in the picturesque village of Pano Kefalas.

The elegance and vintage aesthetic of Maria's Panoramic Seaview Villa are evident in both its carefully designed interior spaces and beautifully landscaped exterior areas. The villa consists of three levels – a maisonette – which are connected by an internal staircase and can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests.

On the ground floor, there is an independent apartment featuring, a bedroom with a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a shared bathroom with a bathtub and a living room with a double sofa and an armchair, which can easily be converted into a double and a single bed respectively.

On the upper floor, you will find a spacious living room with fireplace and a large dining area, ideal for sharing unforgettable moments with family or friends. It also has an additional fully equipped kitchen, a shared WC, and a comfortable balcony where you can enjoy the breathtaking view. From one side, you can admire the blue sea, while from the other, the majestic mountains and picturesque olive groves unfold before your eyes. This floor also includes 2 armchairs that can be converted into 2 single beds if needed.

On the third floor of the villa, there are two comfortable bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. On this floor, there is also a shared bathroom with a bathtub. The bedrooms are connected by a large, spacious terrace, from which the view will captivate you and take your breath away.

The villa is equipped with air conditioning, television, and high-speed Wi-Fi throughout.

In our beautiful garden, there is a Patio with a fully equipped barbecue and wood-fired oven, perfect for enjoying outdoor meals. Additionally, we offer a children's playground for our younger guests, as well as parking space.

Maria's Panoramic Seaview Villa also features a stunning private swimming pool. This 50 sq. m. pool, which can be heated, has been thoughtfully added to enhance your stay, offering both relaxation and comfort. Nestled in the villa’s tranquil surroundings, the pool provides a refreshing escape, ensuring your experience is nothing short of exceptional.
