Villa Belam is located between the sea and the mountains in Crete, 45 minutes by car from Chania airport
It can accommodate eight travelers, ideal for two families or 3 couples
You will enjoy 100 m² with three bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, four terraces, a private swimming pool of 7x5m, deckchairs, a fenced plot of 1000m²
Its large terrace offers a spectacular view of the White Mountains
Only 7 minutes by car, is the seaside resort of Almyrida, with its superb beaches as well as many activities and restaurants. The pretty fortified town of Chania is 30 minutes by car and will seduce you with its beauty and its many shops. It is the ideal starting point to visit the west of Crete, its countryside, its villages and its fantastic coasts.
A new Greek environmental tax was implemented in January 2024, it is 10€/day/accommodation, it is collected via ABRITEL via administrative fees

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in der Villa BelamSie ist wunderschön gelegen, sehr ruhig in den Bergen (das letzte Stück Weg ist „farm road“), mit traumhaftem Blick sowohl auf die Berge wie auch auf das Meer. Es gibt 3 verschiedene Terassen, auf denen man je nach Tageszeit wunderbar sitzen kann. Die Ausstattung ist super, mit elektrischem Plancha Grill draußen, Tischtennisplatte, Poolspielzeug, Fliegengitter und Klimaanlagen in jedem Raum, stabiles WLan etc. Wir waren als Familie mit 7 Personen dort und haben nichts vermisst. Die Tavernen und 2 Supermärkte im nächstgelegenen Dorf sind mit ca. 35 min Fußmarsch zu erreichen. Problemloser check-in und freundliche Begleitung durch die Gastgeberin und die Ansprechpartner vor Ort, mit guten Tipps für Autovermietung, Märkte, Tavernen. Perfekt für eine ruhige und entspannte Familienzeit

Magnifique maison familiale..équipée à la perfection, décoration superbe. La piscine est un vrai plus, les terrasses permettent de profiter des extèrieurs à chaque moments de la journée.A noter l'extrème propreté et la qualité des équipements. Nous avons ADORÉ!
