We booked our stay in advance and paid the same if not more then the rest of my family, but they all ended up staying in the main building and we were relegated right out the back, above the wellness centre. That was disappointing as my children were located far away from the rest of their cousins and felt isolated back there. There was a direct entry from where we were, to the car park, but always felt a little unsafe as it was opened all night and though there was always people present near the gate, we weren’t sure who were employees and who were strangers lurking around the area.

Our kids loved the pool and we used the gym and spa were great! Some of the food didn’t seem super fresh and took quite some time. We also had an issue w the safety and security of our room and belongings but overall we made the most of our stay and had a good time. Most of the staff were lovely and very helpful.

My overall experience was fantastic, however showering in the tub is old school and quite dangerous at times if youre not careful. I could just fit in the shower and im not a big person.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Sheraton! From the time we checked in to the time we checked out the staff were so attentive, their service is amazing always greeting us with smiles, checking if we need anything, and so respectful! The security staff were also amazing going above and beyond to ensure that we are looked after. Our room was cleaned and topped up everyday and the complementary breakfast was beyond what we expected, started everyday with full and happy belly’s. My husband and I also enjoyed their dinner and drinks everything was delicious!!! Will definitely stay with Sheraton Samoa again!!!! Faafetai Tele lava Vise & Uati ☺️

Me and my fanily had an wonderful experience here at the sheraton, my son levar had made good friends with the bartender Sam ,he did more than look after my son and my family and myself, the staff team did more than expected. Clean rooms, my mokos where basicaly living in the pool, my son levar says that sam ,went above and beyond to make sure he was looked after and always good and safe, all the staff were very beautiful and always smilling and happy and making sure all guests were well looked after, and especially on our last night sam had went above and beyond for us. Sam and the team had put a little performance for me and my family, and it wasnt a good bye it was an see you again feeling,it made us all nearly all teary eye. Levar says thank you Sam much love uce. The only thing that was a bummer was waiting extra for the rooms and also the door beign faulty at multiple times which made it harder, but they did look after us for those issues, which is amazing amd too the amazing team that went above and beyond to make sure the doors were working and they was always working and that we could get into our rooms 9105, 9106, but apart from that it was an amazing time here for me and my family at the sheraton Aggie greys, and my son is verry appreciated of Sam and his kind heart and humbleness, and being a top uso , and says that he is one amazing worker and mate , awesome to talk to and get along with as they connected and became mates and says thank you to sam the man

Friendly staff. The place is quite wear and tear, scuffs on walls, bugs inside shower. Quality of breakfast buffet was not great nor fresh, average. Amenities pool was great and convenient. Extra staff for staff service and flexibility with certain requests for example an anti-slippery bath mat and fresh towels. Security also helped with our bags as well as greeting guests upon entry with a smile and hello. Location was convenient to shops and restaurants with a nice view.

From arrival, we were asked to pay when we checked out, despite our booking already being fully paid via bank transfer. We were given a room at the back of the hotel where the area was empty. There was leftover food, used linen, and a strong unpleasant smell along the walkway and inside the room. The smell was overwhelming, and we had to keep the windows open to get through the first night. After making a complaint, we were moved closer to other guests, which we appreciated. However, although the hotel looks luxurious from the outside, the room did not reflect that standard. The bathroom was also very small. Some staff provided excellent service, while others did not. It was a perfect stay. Room was very clean and bed was comfortable. Housekeeping was good with making sure we had water in our room. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Buffet breakfast was awesome.
