Hotel simples, compatível com os anúncios. Os quartos são funcionais e atendem às necessidades básicas para uma estadia curta. A limpeza estava adequada e o atendimento foi cordial. A estrutura é modesta, sem muitos serviços ou áreas comuns, mas oferece o essencial para quem busca praticidade e bom custo-benefício. Localização longe pra ir a pé para Santuário Nacional e perto para deslocamento de carro. Poderia melhorar em pequenos detalhes de conforto, mas, cumpre o que se propõe.

Infelizmente a recepção dos atendentes foi inadequada, parecia que estavam fazendo um favor a todo momento. Sem contar que o estacionamento não atendem todos os hóspedes, tive que deixar meu carro na rua e no anúncio do hotel, não consta essa informação que, há um limite de vagas. O café da manhã também deixou a desejar, demora para repor o alimento. Banheiro, com lixo quebrado, chuveiro muito alto (sem condições de uma pessoa baixa trocar a temperatura), e mesmo o registro estava em uma alta desproporcional. Realmente, não indico. Lamentável o atendimento, principalmente da recepção.

O hotel apresenta bom custo-benefício. O atendimento foi gentil e respeitoso, e o chuveiro é muito bom. O café da manhã tem boa variedade e alimentos de qualidade. Por outro lado, o quarto em que ficamos era próximo à rua e bastante barulhento. A cama fazia ruídos, e um cachorro latiu durante toda a noite, o que comprometeu bastante a qualidade do sono. Infelizmente, não conseguimos descansar bem.

Pousada simples, com baixo custo então se justifica. Café da manhã bom. Somente o banheiro que tinha um cheiro muito forte q ao entrar no quarto já era possível sentir, sem condições de deixar a porta do banheiro aberta. Mesmo tendo janela para circulação de ar no banheiro.
