Pros: Posizione comoda, appartamento silenzioso, cucina allestita con tutto l'essenziale, tutte le stanze spaziose e comode e tutto pulito. Cons: Bagno in camera (doccia) con odori sgradevoli. Nelle camere non c'è la possibilità di aprire le finestre xchè sono stati pisizionati lo scarico dei condizionatori.
