Tho location was excellent, so close to station and sights. The staff were so welcoming and helpful. My only minor complaint was the breakfast area was very crowded and confusing with guests coming from every direction, possibly some signs to help direct guests where to start and direction to go. Not really hotel’s fault that it was crowded. Next time I would wait and eat later because it seemed less crowded later in the morning.

Nice, but uncomfortable bed.

Hotel is located in a good spot close to station and away from busy main streets. It was clean and quiet with a friendly staff. My only issue was the bed is extremely uncomfortable. There was little cushioning to the point laying on my side my ribs starting hurting resulting in a lot of tossing and turning.

This was a last minute booking for flight cancellation and rerouting. I checked in late, slept then ate breakfast and checked out. I was recommended the hotel by the JAL representative who assisted me. My observations are therefore based on a fleeting visit.

Simple room with convenience.

Very simple room with a view of a small section of the city, which is larger than other business hotel in Tokyo. Very close to the train station and main street, less than 2 minutes walk. Staff are very accommodating and communicate via translation apps. Overall good experience with the chain.

Good business hotel with average breakfast.

The location was great if your arriving by train as the station is just 100m away, however I arrived by ferry so had to take a short taxi ride for ¥1700. My room had a partial view of the bridge and the port was towards the left of the bridge. There was sufficient room to move around and store your bags with a desk across one wall with a phone, writing pad, a chair and a mini fridge under it. There was no wardrobe but a hanger stand with some hooks and hangers. Bed was large and quite comfortable, the bathroom was average sized with a shower over the small bath tub. Breakfast was a bit of a disappointment as it was in the foyer just across from reception, a bit strange as there were people checking out on one side and people dining next to them. It was a small area as well with common shared tables. The buffet didnt have a good selection of items either with no cereal, fruit or yoghurt.

I liked that the hotel was close to the JR train station. There were eating options nearby, but there seemed to be very few actual grocery stores, just convenience stores. The area also seemed to be somewhat run down. But again, the hotel itself was good, and the breakfast was good.
