部屋に入って説明を読めばわかったが、室内着やアメニティ、朝食の時間の説明が簡単でも受付時にあるとよかった。 チェックアウトのやり取りがないのは、時間がとられず手間がなくよかった。部屋からは岩木山がみえた。

ウェルカムドリンクサービスとても良かったです アルコールもたくさん種類あって、サービス外だとは思いますがおすすめのお酒を薦めてくださったり、飲み方教えて作ってくださったりして楽しめました！ 大浴場が無いのと、周りに飲食店が無いのでそこだけ不便でしたが良かったです。

睡魔祭期間青森市酒店價格昂貴，這家算是較便宜的選擇。預訂雙人床房，卻獲安排到有碌架床的三人房，可能因預約爆滿。房間設施新淨，但洗手間極小。備用品需到大堂自取，有女性專屬用品，每晚可取五樣（包括保濕面膜和艾草貼），是個小驚喜。 酒店對正睡魔祭巡遊的大街，從房間窗戶可以看到該條街，但窗外的大樹遮擋了視線，要清楚觀看巡遊還是得下街。酒店沒有直屬停車場，但合作的大型多層停車場僅一分鐘步程，或許因為是平日，即使是睡魔祭期間，下午5:40抵達仍有空位。停車券交給前台後可換取免費出車券。

青森駅から距離がある コンビニは徒歩圏内 駐車場も徒歩数分の立体駐車場が無料(自走式) 朝食会場がキャパオーバーで、座れず部屋に持ち帰る方もいた 朝は一台しかエレベーターがなく混雑する チェーンホテルなだけあり、サービスや設備は一定水準を保たれていて快適 他のスーパーホテル同様深夜はスタッフ対応なしなので、深夜着はできず不便
