Great location; easy to get to and depart from using public transit; great staff; breakfast was wonderful; clearly very new and modern as of 2026, including in its amenities. We'd stay here if we returned to Aomori.

Spotless and spacious room with amazing snow views. All staff are very friendly and helpful. Amazing amenities - free onsen, complimentary snacks, fitness classes and even ikebana class. This is the best hotel I have ever stayed.

Hotel is situated in the train station and shopping center. Breakfast was amazing . Probably the best . Yoga , lounge area and bar were excellent. I had the tasting meal in their main dinning room, one of the nights and portions were too small. In general all the meals apart from breakfast were too small. I order a glass of wine and it is half the size I get in Europe. Lastly ,Aomori is not pretty , if you want to go to north Japan then try Hakodate .
