The staff was very understanding when I made a mistake in the reservation. And the room was excellent -- a wide desk of the type I like to use for work, enough light, and a very comfortable bed. I've no complaints.

We stayed during a very popular time in Hirosaki, with the cherry blossom festival in full swing. The hotel is a little too far from the station to walk with lots of luggage so we recommend going by taxi. At first they couldn't find our reservations, but everything was sorted. Comfortable hotel.

古いけど清潔。レトロな鍵がかわいくて気に入ってる。観光するのにちょうどいい立地。駅から少し歩くけどバスでもすぐだし、城に行くにもぶらぶら歩きながら途中のお店見るのも楽しい。 スタッフさんも丁寧。 一つ不満があるのはトイレの便座が冷たいこと。それだけはどうしても座るたびにヒュ！ってなるので早く温める機能がついた便座になるといいと思います。

古いですが、清掃は行き届いています。 狭さも料金を考えれば問題なく、何より立地がいいです。 廊下の音が多少気になりましたが、たまたま学生のグループと同じフロアだったためなので、マイナスポイントとまではいきません。
