Superb landscaped setting, nestled "on a balcony" & "panoramic belvedere" on an exposed hill overlooking a bucolic valley of meadows crossed by a river, in the heart of the gentle hilly Brion countryside & its sumptuous bocage dotted with ponds, close to a vast national forest. Splendid unobstructed view of the surrounding countryside. A stone's throw from the village, full of charm & perfectly preserved, famous for its iconic & very elegant listed Romanesque church from the 11th century (one of the most beautiful in Burgundy) & its magnificent Priory from the 12th century. Very comfortable cottage. Very spacious. Pieces with noble dimensions. Beautiful volumes. Warm "bourgeois" country style, refined & opulent, mixing "castle" spirit & contemporary atmosphere, enhanced by the rich traces of the original building (molded doors, woodwork, marble fireplace mantels, parquet floors, rosettes & moldings, etc.).
