The WAVE apartment is approximately 55 square meters and is located on the second floor of our building, accessible by elevator. It features a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen and a small balcony overlooking the street, as well as a sofa that converts into a bed by lowering the backrest, allowing it to accommodate up to 3 people. The bathroom features a shower and a washing machine; the bedroom has a double bed, a window, a spacious closet, and is equipped with linens. The beach is just a short walk from the apartment. Supermarkets, bars, and restaurants are also within walking distance.
