Lovely room - mixed in other respects

First trip to Andorra - big old complex with cavery style dining - bit of a battle come dinner/breakfast and the bar was nice but barman knew no English or much about wine/cocktails. Suite rooms were great - spacious and well equipped, though did find a deceased bed bug. Parking a bit of a hassle but under cover at least. Decor was dark walls and dazzling LED strip lighting - aquired taste. Staff were friendly.

The room was nice and quiet. Of course because of the heatwave, it was incredibly hot. There was construction throughout the property, so that was off putting and the property was split into several different buildings. The parking was silly. They had a pool party event that took a lot of parking so we had to search for parking at the hotel and there was no direction about the parking so we ended up paying 48 euros for one night’s stay. A very nice hotel though.

Pool is fabulous. Rooms are nice. Restaurant is HORRIFIC BEYOND BELIEF. The restaurant is like a school canteen. The plates are filthy before you put any food on them. There are small children everywhere, so THE SECTION AT THE SIDE SHOULD BE ADULTS ONLY (OR 16+) so that families with older children can enjoy their breakfast/dinner in peace. There should also be a minimum age for using the buffet, as small children were dropping fish fingers everywhere and not using the buffet properly or hygienically. The food choices were aimed mainly at children. The trolleys collecting dirty crockery do not belong in a hotel - these should not be used. Dirty plates should be taken away by the staff. Eating in the restaurant was like having a nightmare twice a day.

Very old room, phone does not work, cannot call reception from room. Reception area being remodeled, work area not sealed or taped up with plastic sheets, dust gets into breakfast area, dust in the area, spa is not in the same building, have to walk a long distance in the cold, it would be worst if it is windy, rain or snow, hallway dark, motion sensor doesn’t come on until one steps into complete darkness, not a good feeling. Hotel towels are thin, cheap, less than comfortable. Will not recommend staying at this hotel

Our stay was good, Anyos is a lovely place to stay the resort is close to everything what needs to be experienced in Andorra. However, there were a few disappointments: VIP access means nothing, not sure whose fault is that but when we asked for the perks, hotel were not aware of that. Also found it really strange that in a 4 star hotel they charging for parking (€18/ night )as we have not book through their website, felt a bit like we are not valued customers. Staff was friendly, however to speak with them was challenging as the majority of them does speak only catalans/spanish language. The room had a lovely view and it was nice and warm regardless the chilli weather outside and cleaners made the room everyday nice and fresh but the sheets had a few stains which was let down a bit. Furthermore, in 21st century would be nice to have a smart tv or more channel again in English. We had half board, breakfast and dinner was okay there were enough choice and mostly was enjoyable. Drink menu with prices would be nice for future reference at the dinner buffet. Spa facilities were okay, swimming pool is nice a fair size, steam sauna were lovely but the other sauna need repair, it was good for nothing. Jacuzzi is a bit small for such a huge resort and in the other pool water is cold to stay longer for massage. All in all it is a pleasant place to stay with lots of opportunities but some details what needs to be looked into.

La chambre est cosy mais mal entretenue, il manquait la brosse WC, la suspension derrière la porte de salle de bain était cassée, malgré mes relances, elle n'a pas été refixée La qualité des matelas est mauvaise et la porte fenêtre se ferme difficilement Mais l'équipe d'étages fait un bon travail de propreté, bien qu'à 2 reprises des objets ont été jetés (sacs d'emballage et bonnet de piscine) Les buffets sont peu variés sur la durée et la qualité laisse à désirer, certains aliments n'étaient pas tenus chauds sur les buffets pendant toute la durée du séjour Le service et l'attention au client au restaurant n'est pas à la hauteur En réception, l'accueil a été froid, pas personnalisé et surtout on me demande de payer à mon arrivée avant meme d'avoir la chambre disponible (peu de flexibilité à ce niveau, 16h ou rien!) les taxes de séjour et le parking Au centre bien être, la personne est l'accueil est désagréable mais l'espace est très bien Pour un hotel 4*, le service n'est pas du tout à la hauteur, dommage car la qualité des équipements et la décoration pourraient en faire un vrai lieu cosy Bonne localisation

O apartamento de uma meniera geral é otimo. O hotel conta com um restaurante bem gostoso, tanto em termos de atmosfera quanto de nivel de comida. O café da manhã eu achei fraco pelo valor (20 euros). Não passamos frio, porem a noite o sistema de refrigeração não fuincionou bem e abrimos a janela do quarto, o que permitiu refrescar, porem contamos com o barulho (não muito) da estrada na frente do hotel. Peguei pelo menos 2 atendentes que não falavam bem o ingles, o que não me parece bom. Entretanto, o sistema de agendamento para o ski é otimo e a lojinha anexa tambem (inclusive o funcionario que nos atendeu é excelente!)
