The location is nice for shopping & dinning. It's the nice part of Antwerp but the hotel is very old & badly maintained. We stayed in 3 different rooms during our 4 night trip! They need massive renovations. The air conditioning doesnt work & we had a power outage at some point :(

Very friendly staff, great location (super central) but very old building and not renovated hallways and rooms - so totally ok but too expensive for what you’re getting. You’re basically paying mostly for the location

Great location, friendly staff but outdated rooms

The location of the hotel is perfect. Although the hotel is in desperate need of modernisation, the staff made us feel very welcome. They were incredibly friendly. But the rooms were outdated and tatty.

This is a great hotel in Antwerp. It’s pretty quiet but I was on the fifth floor and I could hear some street noise. I liked the views and the area around the hotel was great for walking and people watching.
