The hotel decor was lovely, the bar and bar staff were great with a good variety of drinks and a good atmosphere. I only marked the staff/service down because it took reception a while to find our booking and they didn't apologise for the error. But other than that it was a lovely stay and everything was excellent.

I could not sleep on the first night in the room with mosquitos buzzing around me all night. I killed 3 mosquitos and sustained 3-4 bites by the morning. I killed the 4th one in the morning, all thinking that I would finally have a good sleep on the 2nd night. I came back to the room on the second evening and there were two more mosquitos flying around, I requested a room change and was granted. Not sure if there are differences between rooms booked through a 3rd party platform vs direct.

Lovely stay in the heart of Antwerp. From the receptionist at check in all the way to to the bartenders. I could not have felt more welcome. It is a new hotel with modern amenities and a very great lobby and bar. The rooms are spacious and quiet. I highly recommend stay here.

Beautiful newer hotel. Loved the lobby bar area. Funnky setting and lively area. The bar staff was fabulous. Standard rooms are small, but very comfortable. Would stay here again.

Excellent location, very friendly staff and a great hotel bar. The rooms are very small though and the thermostat did not work well. Unfortunately someone was smoking near the vents so our room smelled like smoke for a bit. Otherwise the hotel is great value and the location can’t be beat.

The hotel is brand new and very stylish. Beautiful spacious public areas . Located in a perfect location to explore the best of Antwerp. Quiet area but close to everything. Breakfast very good . Rooms on the small size . Very quiet. Bed very comfortable. Bathroom design not great . Small with not great shower head . No grab bars. No shower door. Counter space very cramped and not convenient for hanging towels. Door automatically closes which is a pain. Not a great bathroom for a couple. Has easy to use safe but no mini fridge. Staff are very friendly and helpful .

Good but could be better with a few provisions

Nice but small rooms and comfortable bed, stayed in the 2nd block across from the main hotel. Lacked basic provisions such as kettle/tea/coffee making items. No fridge, no water provided etc. The shower also wet the bathroom floor considerably. Fine for a short stay and the location is good in a quiet area.

What a find! Motel One Antwerp defied expectations. We loved everything about the place. Central, easy to find and the lobby and decor were both exceptional. It’s only about a short 4 minute metro ride from Antwerp Central Station and it’s an easy walk to the hotel. Loved the staff as well as they were very energetic and helpful. One small point however. If you want to stream your favourite shows you can only do this with an HTML cable through your laptop. There is no option to stream from your phone or iPad. But this is not a criticism at all. On to Motel One Amsterdam!

The room was a bit scant on amenities compared to other hotels we stayed at in Belgium for about the same price. It was also a bit hot in the room (we visited in Agust!) and fan didn't work. Everything else was great - clean, comfortable beds. Freindly staff
