Citybox Antwerp is well situated from the central station and in the heart of Antwerp. Lovely city and hotel mat he it for its service. Issue with my hotels.com booking but staff helped me to my relief. Would recommend and would like to go back soon.

I liked Citybox. A lot of thought seems to have gone into the design and layout to make it as smooth and efficient for guests as possible. Spacious modern room and easy automated checkin and checkout, with a pingpong table in the lobby lounge and a nice little cafe adjoining it. No reception desk so some may not like that but for me it was fine, very quick to checkin, checkout and get a left luggage tag at the booths.

Amazing! Highly recommend City Box Antwerpen. My partner and I liked it so much we added another night to our stay. The location was very good too. Everything was clean and the amenities were dependable. We stayed in two different rooms and both were great. The laundry machines were extremely expensive though so I don't recommend planning your laundry here. It was €5 per cycle. As a visitor to this country I am not sure if this is a general price or not but for us it was very surprising. Otherwise a great place to stay and will definitely be trying their other locations!

Great no frills hotel. Very central. Clean big functional room with comfortable bed. Only issue was luggage storage which did not feel particularly secure - check in machine gives you key to luggage room where you can leave your bags, but it is entirely unmonitored. Otherwise highly recommended.
