In the ideal spot for adventure, Casa de Nello is close to a variety of lakeside restaurants, great fishing spots, marinas, snowmobiling trails, and ski resorts! Under the warm Antioch sunshine, bring your kayaks and glide across the water or fire up the gas grill and host a delicious cookout. For an additional fee, you can utilize the on-site boat launch!

This second-floor walk-up features a comfortable, open layout that comes furnished for family comfort. The impressive chef's kitchen boasts granite countertops, a sizable center island, and deluxe stainless steel appliances including two fridges. The living room's plush seating, a large smart TV, and a gorgeous fireplace lend themselves to morning conversation and cozy movie viewings.

The bunk room is perfect for the young and young at heart, whereas the primary bedroom boasts an ensuite bathroom. Each of the three bedrooms is lined with soft linens and central air, ensuring everyone's comfort. A private washer/dryer rounds out the creature comforts at hand.

No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

This Vacasa Guestworks vacation rental is operated and managed locally by an independent host.
Prior to your arrival, you will receive local host contact information, who will manage your guest reservation. Your local host will provide in-stay support, secure entry, and arrange pre- and post-stay housekeeping services.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles.

Security camera details: There are 5 cameras at the home. There are 2 at the back of the home facing the lake, 2 on the side of the home facing the parking, and 1 on the other side of the home facing the beach area. There are no cameras located inside the home or facing towards the inside.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
