Our apartment is located in a private urbanisation facing La Guirra Beach, a few steps from its pleasant seafront promenade. A privileged environment where you can wake up every morning surrounded by sea and mountain, and very close to two of the best golf courses in this Biosphere Reserve.



The property has two bedrooms and can accommodate up to four people. It has been completely renovated, offering a modern, functional space decorated with taste. With an area of 80 m², it is ideal for both families and couples looking for comfort and tranquillity.



The residential complex has spacious common areas, a communal swimming pool and lift, facilitating a comfortable and worry-free stay.

Disappointed

Apartment very basic not even a corkscrew, had to buy a bread board as small marked plastic board not suitable. No way to dry wet washing, there is a broken clothes line, host said we could buy an airer to the value of 30 which we did, no repayment yet. Onsuite shower room floods the whole room hence damaged door frames had to stop using as kept flooding. Dishwasher leaks and door frames damaged. All doors squeak. No safe, no fire extinguisher or fire blanket. We did communicate with the host who did state that it wasn’t meant for long lets and yet they allowed us to book 4 weeks. This was the most expensive apartment on this complex and we expected a luxury apartment. This apartment should not be let until totally repaired and refurbished.

Property was of a good standard, only criticism is that the bed settee could do with a new mattress. Also could have had a few more fans tourists information pack such as what there is near by and things to go and see, bud time table and taxi numbers. Little things but would help but still loved it.👍👍

Great location

This property has a great location with easy access to golf, beach, town and shops. The apartment is comfortable but quite basic and has access to a beautiful unheated pool.The agents responded quickly to our minor issues. Our one disappointment was the fact that despite advertising an underground garage and secure parking we were told on arrival this was not available to us. We would definitely return .

Apartment location great key holders and trying to get through to them was terrible

I have rented many property apartment great location great but key holders were not very friendly and we had problems with various issues and they never answered there phone total stranger we met phone them and they answered her straight away and she got it rectified Dorothy
