The room was really clean and the hotel was very well mantained. I liked that they took really great care of the plants cleaning leaf by leaf. Breakfast was included and it was amazing, complemente by the 3 volcanos view at the rooftop it made a great start to the morning. It was a bit on the expensive side.

My partner and I stayed here for just one night and it definitely wasn’t enough! Staff were extremely kind and accommodating to us and were able to get us a massage booked last minute. It was amazing and super relaxing after our volcano hike the morning before we arrived at the hotel. We are already counting down to our next trip to Antigua and definitely plan to stay here!

I really enjoyed my stay. The hotel was within walking distance to lots of restaurants and stores and the main square. The breakfast was divine! The tostadas in the morning were delicious! I had them almost everyday. I had dinner and it was good as well. The staff was very warm and helpful and knowledgeable. The people, in general, are very nice. Highly recommend this hotel and Antigua!

The lady at the concierge desk is so incredibly nice and very very helpful. I had a thousand questions and she answered all of them. The hotel is extremely accommodating. Be aware there are only stairs no elevator so if you have mobility issues. The rooftop Cafe where you can eat breakfast is really stunning with views of all the volcanoes.

I switched from another hotel that had a moldy smell and poor wifi, and I'm so glad I did. The welcome drinks were tasty, the bed was comfy, white sheets and clean towels, rooms are modern, hot water available for bathing and the wifi was good. The staff were friendly, and breakfast had great options. The hotel is in a walkable location, and service was excellent. Highly recommend!
