The super room with the hot tub made the stay so relaxing. The staff were very friendly and attentive to all our requests. The breakfast included a wide variety to choose from. Not sure how they manage the place so well with these reasonable priced rooms.

Good location, helpful staff. We stayed in two locations- first was hotel room and very comfortable beds. Second night was the apartment- good value for quantity of beds but the bathtubs needed cleaning. Overall a good stay.

We had an amazing week-long stay at Casa Bella in Antigua Guatemala. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed to feel at home. The location was excellentā€”close enough to enjoy all that Antigua has to offer while still being peaceful and relaxing. Parque central, Antigua arc, Rinconcito, etc The staff and hosts were friendly, responsive, and made sure we had a great experience from check-in to check-out. We especially appreciated how well-maintained the property was and how safe and welcoming it felt throughout our stay. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Casa Bella to anyone visiting Antigua, whether youā€™re traveling with family, friends, or as a couple. Thank you for helping make our trip so memorable!

Everything was fine except free parking on premises. There is no parking onsite as hotel description says. I ended up parking on the street where my car got hit by another car. Please, make sure to tell the truth to us (customers) so we can make an informed decision where to go. Thank you
