## Neighborhood

Enjoy the beach and the sun! The beach is located a few steps away from the accommodation, about a few minutes walking away from the flat, perfect if you want to enjoy the sea breeze! The city-center of Antibes and its port is also just a few minutes walk away and has plenty of shops and restaurants. Finally you will reach Cannes in 30 min driving and Nice in 45 min.

From the Antibes station→ 15 min walking
From the airport (Cannes) → 40 minutes away by car
