Ideally situated between Nice and Cannes, with public transportation nearby (bus stop 50 meters away, train station 1 km away), featuring an air-conditioned living room, a fully equipped and furnished kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed and air conditioning, complete with a shower room and toilet, a second bedroom with two single beds and air conditioning, featuring a separate toilet, an outdoor shower area, and a sofa bed. The rental also includes a garden with a table and lounge chairs, high-speed internet access, and a TV box. Household linens are available for rent (rates upon request).

Die Wohnung allgemein und insbesondere die Küche waren gut ausgestattet. Der Garten war gross, es braucht allerdings einen Mückenschutz. Gute ruhige geschützte Lage nur etwa 5-10 Minuten zu Fuss vom Strand. Sehr nette Vermieter, die gleich nebenan sind und jeder Zeit erreichbar und hilfsbereit sind.

Schönes Ferienhaus mit wunderschönem Garten

Wir waren schon zum zweiten Mal In diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus. Es hat uns wie schon zwei Jahre zuvor zu jeder Zeit gefallen. Die Ausstattung ist perfekt für eine Familie mit zwei Kindern. Ein besonderes Highlight ist der angrenzende Garten. Hier findet man jede Menge Sitz – und Liegemöglichkeiten zur Entspannung und Erholung, zum gemeinsamen Essen oder einem einem netten Familienspiel. Aber nicht nur das Ferienhaus hat, unseren Ansprüchen in jeder Hinsicht entsprochen, auch die kurzen Wege zum Strand (zu Fuß gemütlich in 10 Minuten erreichbar) und die Erreichbarkeit des öffentlichen Nahverkehr (2 Minuten zu Fuß), Runden das Gesamtbild dieser hervorragenden Unterkunft ab. Die benachbarten Vermieter sind super nett. Wir kommen jederzeit gerne wieder.
