The villa features 5 spacious and well-appointed bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, and 2 separate restrooms, a beautiful, heated (from October to May) swimming pool, and much more.
The villa boasts both an upstairs balcony and a terrace, both furnished with luxury patio furniture and daybeds. Outdoors, there is a large BBQ, perfect for inviting family and friends over for a wonderful afternoon BBQ gathering. The villa also features a large flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi to entertain guests of all ages and keep them connected to the outside world. This amazing villa is ideal for friends, family, and small, intimate gatherings.

The villa also features beautiful furnishings and contemporary artwork, blending Provençal culture with Scandinavian minimalist design. Newly renovated, perfect size for two families or a larger group of friends. Ideally located with walking distance to beach Plage Keller, restaurants like Maison de Bacon and Hotels like Hotel du Cap-Eden-Roc. Stores for food and medicine close by. Short walk to Juan les Pins or Antibes.
