Antibes is an ideal destination for a vacation with friends or as a couple. The town boasts a magnificent natural setting, a mild climate and numerous leisure activities. Enjoy the beaches, stroll through the historic old town, or visit Fort Carré and Port Vauban, famous for their luxury yachts.

The area is well served by public transport, with a bus stop just 150 meters away and the SNCF train station just an 8-minute walk away. The beach can be reached in 10 minutes on foot, and Antibes' historic city center is a 12-minute walk away. Numerous shops and restaurants can be found along Boulevard du Président Wilson and in the center of the old town, around 15 minutes' walk away.

## Access

At your arrival, you will be welcomed by the concierge of Welkeys who will give you keys and will assist you during your stay.
A management fee of €363 will be charged for medium-term rentals. This fee includes the inventory of fixtures on arrival and departure, as well as cleaning costs.
