Der Besitzer war nett und hilfsbereit, hat versucht zu helfen.Die Fotos entsprechen jedoch nicht komplett der Realität, alles ist in eher schlechtem Zustand. Die Wohnung allgemein braucht eine Renovierung.Für Familien mit Kleinkindern ist eher ungeeignet. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 5 Stock, alle Türen können nur komplett offen gemacht werden, keine Kindersicherung. Während unseres Aufenthalts ist der Aufzug ausgefallen, was mit einem Kleinkind und einem Kinderwagen ein grosses Problem darstellt. Da die Klimaanlage nicht funktioniert hat, konnte man sich in der Wohnung kaum aufhalten, weil sie oben auch richtig Sonnenlicht bekommt.Sie liegt an einer Kreuzung in einer Hauptstraße, wegen des Straßenlärms knn man auch nachts kaum die Fenster aufmachen.Eine bequeme Schlafmöglichkeit ist nur für 2 Personen ausgelegt. Das andere Bett eignet sich schlecht fürs Schlafen.Bis zum Strand sind es ca. 8 Gehminuten, bis zum Zentrum von Juan-les-Pins ca.25-30 Gehminuten.Für 2 Erwachsene würde die Wohnung noch passen, falls man keine Provleme mit dem 5. Stock und Straßenlärm hat. Ob die Klimaanlage funktioniert, sollte man vorher extra erfragen und nicht automatisch davon ausgehen.Privater Parkplatz war gegen Gebühr in der Straße gegenüber, jedoch nicht direkt am Haus.
