The apartment is ideally located: just 5 minutes from the bus station, the train station, the harbor, a sandy beach, the old town, the Picasso Museum, shops, and more... Everything is within walking distance! The Nice airport is a 20-minute drive or bus ride from the bus station. From the apartment, there’s a fantastic view of the harbor, Fort Vauban, and the Alps. The apartment is located on the 4th and top floor of the building. The residence features 2 swimming pools and 2 hot tubs, which are available free of charge from May 1 through October 30.

The apartment is located on the edge of the Old Town. All shops, restaurants, and the bus and train stations are within walking distance. The old town has retained its authentic character with its cut-stone houses, its marina (the largest in Europe), and its fishing port where fishermen bring in their catch each morning. A very typical Provençal market is located near the apartment, where you’ll find fresh fruit, fish caught that very day, and many Provençal products.
