Located at the beginning of the Cap d'Antibes, on the edge of the beaches of Ponteil, Salis and that of the sailing school, on the first floor, the apartment, very functional and comfortable, consists of a beautiful entrance, a shower room with WC, a large bedroom with 2 twin beds and a living room with fully equipped American kitchen, both overlooking a garden with private access to the outside (very practical for luggage and shopping...).
Located in a closed residence, it has a few unallocated parking spaces. Otherwise, it is always possible to park in the adjacent streets. A parking lot, paid from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm from June to September, is located in front of the building.
Close to shops and 15' walk from the city center, the location of the apartment is ideal for an unforgettable holiday.
