We had a great stay at Puding Hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The breakfast was fresh, delicious, and offered a good variety of options. The staff were friendly, and the location was perfect for exploring the Old Town. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

It was our first time to visit Antalya and we absolutely loved our stay at Puding Hotel. The location is amazing in the old city and a very short walk to the beach and marina. The pool was small but relaxing and the gardens were very beautiful and well maintained. The gym is basic but has everything you need. We all LOVED the breakfast. So delicious, so much choice and such a beautiful and tranquil seating area. The staff were very accommodating and helpful. We would really recommend a stay at this amazing hotel.

Great location and hotel. Stayed here twice now. My only reason for not giving this full marks is the slightly bland breakfast, which is typically Turkish and missing some of the basics that you might find in other hotels such as sausages, bacon etc. Otherwise, a great hotel and would definitely stay here again.

Pros: - Decent pool area with bar nearby - Consistent breakfast Cons: - Water cut out on one of the days (staff weren’t apologetic when we flagged this) - Several cockroaches found in our shower area (even after staff were sent to clean area) - General lack of friendliness and taking of responsibility from hotel staff (apart from those cleaning the rooms) - Poolside bar is very expensive (£16 GBP for 2 beers)

Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. The cleanliness was poor and did not seem to be taken seriously. We also had no running water for several hours, which caused a great deal of inconvenience. The facilities were not what we would expect from a four-star hotel, and some of the information advertised about the hotel did not match our actual experience. In addition, the staff working around the pool were rude and disrespectful toward hotel guests.

There is nothing wrong with this hotel: The rooms are adequate; the pool is decent (although crowded); the breakfast is good... but what really stands out is the coldness and unhelpfulness of the reception staff. No greetings when you enter or leave the hotel; when you ask for information, they just give you a brochure (with the most expensive option, rather than the most useful), and are generally uninterested in their customers. Never a smile or a kind word; you wonder why these people went into the hospitality business. It is a pity, as it made us not enjoy your stay there at all.

The hotel is in a great location, making it easy to explore the area. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. However, the shower was disappointing. The handheld shower head was broken, and although the staff replaced it promptly, the new one still didn’t work. We could only use the rainfall shower head, which had very low water pressure, so the water flow was very weak. The breakfast was just average. There weren’t many choices, no sausages were available, and food items ran out quickly. If you arrive later for breakfast, there is even less selection. Overall, the location and service were good, but the hotel could improve the shower facilities and breakfast experience.
