Nice modern hotel with very comfortable rooms. Couldn’t really fault it, but it does lack a bit of atmosphere as it’s a mix of hotel and apartments

Service at Fortunella was awesome, the staff was helpful and friendly. There were little things like the fruit plate in our room, parting gift bag at check-out, that made us feel valued and appreciated. We had a great stay! Thank you, Fortunella!

Tavsiye etmiyorum

Uyumak mümkün olmadı çünkü apartman konseptindeki otel katında sabah kadar hiç durmadan hoparlörlerden müzik yayını yapıldı. Resepsiyona ulaşılamadığından sorunu giderecek muhatap bulunamadı. Acil durum için verilen cep telefonu açmadı.

Booked a view, no view!!

Thought we had booked a Harbourview apartment but could only see a wee glimpse!! Asked to be put on a top floor Harbourview room as described on Hotels.com when we booked but they would not change us. So we had no view other than a wall!! Kitchen badly equipped. Everything else fine.
