Very clean room, friendly staff. Stayed only for 1 night, but would return. The price - quality ratio is very good. Pool also nice and clean. Did not use the spa, but it looked very cozy. location not the greatest. constructions all around.

This review is only about customer service. We couldn't travel last minute and I missed the free cancellation period by a couple of days. Many times I contacted the property to either get a partial refund or rebook at other dates as the amount I lost in the booking was very high(was meant to be split with other travellers). I contacted them by what's app, by email. I had zero reply. Let they are in their right to refuse any request for refund but I thought I will give a try as I know Turkish people are generally built with Islamic principles such as mercy . But they ignored all my messages. I would have appreciated that they even reply to say they are dirty about my mother in law s health issues but that they can't do anything. Not even that. It says a lot about customer service to me. They made a lot of money and haven't had the decency to reply to my messages. For me, customer service is a genuine step towards people, not only those who come to the hotel and it certainly is not seeing customers through their purses only . Very disappointed by how some cultural ethical principles get wiped out by greed.

Arrived at hotel late but was checked asap. Suite was clean & very comfortable. Breakfast very simple & Staff extremely helpful & friendly. Lovely pool area & massage service available. Shops, restaurants & pharmacy 5 min walk. I would recommend this hotel for solo, couples or family travelers.

The rooms (pool view suite) is basic but clean. The kitchen has absolutely no cutlery or crockery (pointless having a kitchen) I had no cleaner for the 3 nights I stayed. I had to empty the kitchen and bathroom bin myself which is vile. Breakfast was extremely basic and as a vegetarian I only had bread (there’s no toaster) and melon.

The suite was nice, clean and fresh. Air conditioning was a blessing and worked well. Swimming pool was nice, breakfast has a good selection of food. Staff were friendly and helpful. My only complaint is we could hear the other residents.

The hotel staff were very welcoming and helpful as nothing was too much. The hotel is in a good location that is accessible to all the key areas in Antalya. Easy to get around on the bus that costs less that £1 one way. The only downside is the hotel maintenence as our room had a broken toilet seat and door handle. But as soon as we reported it the hotel got it fixed straight away. However, would expect hotel of this standard to stay on top of their maintenence.

The hotel seemed quite new, it was in a quiet location but close to a main shopping/restaurant strip, only took a couple on minutes to walk to the main road with a taxi rank, shops and restaurants. The beach was around a 10-15 minute walk away which was good. The hotel has a space on the beach which they provide a shuttle bus to and from twice a day I believe. The hotel was very clean, not too big so it wasn’t too busy. The breakfast was questionable but edible. We had to ask to get our room cleaned a couple of times which was a little annoying but it was done in the end. The staff were lovely and friendly and always ready to help. The room was lovely and cool due to the air conditioning. The suites were really nice and spacious, it had a kitchen area that has a fridge and sink however there was no plates or cutlery provided in the room if needed. The hotel is in a good location around 25 minutes from land of legends and around 30 minutes from main Antalya, taxis were quite cheap to get around. I would recommend this hotel, like I said quite small but it was nice as it wasn’t too crowded and it was in a good location.
