Very happy with the 5 night stay we had here. There was 3 of us and we a great time at the pool and beach. The buffet does get a bit repetitive but the food is tasty.

The room had a strong smell pf 'Toilet' on entry & when i contacted guest services they just said it was because of the wind. I asked about changing rooms and was advised it would be the same in all rooms. That evening when i was chatting to other guests this just wasnt the case and i felt very let down by the hotel and the nonchalant way i was dealt with. Hospitality staff in the bar were always visible and easy to obtain drinks from, unfortunately this was not the case in the restaurants. On check in were werent advised about wifi...also it states on the hotel profile they provide an airport shuttle which was the sole reason i booked this hotel and it doesn't.

The bar was well stoked, the room was not cleaned everyday as they would redo the bed with the same bedding, not wipe the floor or brush and not refill water or tea. The staff at the bar was lovely but apart from that no one really spoke or smiled. The guest services called to ask how was my holiday and I requested water which did not arrive. I also asked for some tea to be sent into the room and was told this would arrive and it did not. The bedding had some staining hence why I know it was not changed even once for my stay. They also mention having 24hr food in the tulip but this is not true. The food is average and often no sense of order so everyone is all over the place crowded. The waiters pick certain tables to serve and apart from that don’t ask anything. They charge extra for anything, a phone call etc. This could be an absolute fabulous hotel, the room layouts are lovely, despite it being very noisy at night and with construction in the morning. if small changes were made I would happily consider again. Definitely not worth the amount I paid.

Overall everything is good, and the food is tasty. However, the room cleanliness was poor. The housekeeping staff do not properly clean the floor; they just come in briefly and leave. I mentioned this issue to the management, and I believe stronger control and supervision of cleaning is needed.

Very disappointing stay. There was no hot water, no iron, and a staff member entered my room without knocking, which made me feel unsafe. When I raised these concerns, the staff members at guest relations were rude and unhelpful, offering no real support or resolution. Completely unacceptable experience — I wouldn’t stay here again.
