The coldness of the bar fridge was not good. The toilet seat was broken. The water took long to heat up to take a shower. The power was off for about 10 minutes. Luckily all of us was in our rooms at the time. However, the staff was vert friendly and helpful.

I did enjoy my stay at this hotel mainly because of the front desk young lady. 😃 Nazli was so very helpful & personable and that made the stay really wonderful. I must also add that I’m really appreciating they have an elevator!

The room was so dirty there were hair on bed, pillows and even in the wardrobe, there was no hand wash and toilet tissues. The receptionist lady was polite and the other guy who was shadowing her, was too rude when I complained about the room.
