The resort is fantastic for families with children. There are plenty of activities to keep the little ones entertained throughout the day, and the nightly shows were fun for all ages — a great way to wind down after a busy day. The staff were friendly and helpful, though many had limited English skills, which sometimes made communication a bit tricky. That said, they always did their best to assist and were very polite. Where the resort really needs improvement is in decor and cleanliness. The rooms and some public areas felt dated, and a bit more attention to cleanliness would go a long way in improving the overall experience. Because of this, it didn’t quite live up to the 5-star rating it claims — the overall atmosphere just didn’t feel luxurious. A good choice for families looking for a fun, food-filled vacation with lots to do — but if you’re particular about aesthetics or spotless surroundings, be prepared for a few compromises.

Housekeeping has room for improvement. +16 areas were not enforced - wasted money… Delicious food, great shows, friendly staff and great water sports team will make your stay very enjoyable. I’d recommend Concorde De Lux Lara Antalya to everyone who wants to have fun and worry free vacation.

Food and staff were excellent. There were always plenty of tasty options, and service was fast. Especially want to call out the incredible service provided by Eren, Gizem, Tayfun, Cigdem, and Kubra at the pool and lobby bars. Everything was was incredibly clean and well-kept. The reason why I am giving 4 stars is the terrible check in and check out management. No one acknowledges you when you enter, giving them your car (or taking it back) takes forever, and the rooms were not ready while we were trying to check in. Overall, I would go again and would recommend just be prepared to feel like you are at a cheap motel when you check in and check out.

We stayed at Concorde De Luxe Resort with a family of 4 in Aug 2025. The kids had an AMAZING time. All they wanted to do was to stay by the swimming pools and enjoy the slides. There is a large variety of food and drinks available throughout the day. Thank you to all the staff who welcomed us and looked after us. We will definitely come back.

The resort is fabulous overall. The only improvement that I can suggest is that entertainment shows need to be indoors. It was incredible hot and uncomfortable outside. Otherwise we had a fantastic experience. We had an issue with our initial room that was promptly resolved. We got upgraded to an incredible room with a nice view. I would highly recommend this resort and gladly return.

This was our third time staying at the Concorde. This time, we brought about 20 other people with us. The resort was fully booked but it didn’t feel full. Everyone had a great time between the endless meals, high quality liquor, night entertainment, beach, pool, and some of us even went to the disco! So fun! Will definitely make this an annual thing!

Mixed bag

This hotel isn’t a 5 star experience. There are certainly positive things to say about this hotel. The food was great, waiting staff that were present were really polite friendly and helpful. The pool area was well maintained, just not enough towels for the number of people. The worst part was the housekeeping. They were awful. The rooms were not cleaned well each day, we would return to the room at 4-5pm to a dirty room. The level of cleanliness was poor in the rooms. Also we were pushed out by the cleaning staff before check out on the last day. They would walk into the room without knocking on the door. Everything outside of the room I would give 4 star, everything related to room and housekeep 1-2 star.
