Made to feel like a criminal because I brought a sealed bottle of water I purchased at a supermarket into the hotel. Be warned before booking they have a ridiculous policy under the guise of 'maintaining hygiene standards' of not allowing food or drink bought offsite in, forcing customers to instead pay their exorbitant prices for everything. Course they don't make this clear before you book, so its not until you've committed to stay you find out they have you over a barrell. Also didn't sleep well as air-conditioning would cut out during the night so you get too warm and wake up. One of the lifts is a nightmare, you have to scan you room key to get to right floor and it only works half the time. Also, on first day went to beach only to be told we had to get towels from spa in basement, go to basement to be told we need two plastic cards we were given when we checked in, cards don't say anything on them about towels, back to the room we go ... I have ME so find being on my feet difficult so this was a stressful and needlessly tiring start to the day, an explanation on check in would have been appreciated. Room is very nice and view from the room is stunning. Huge TV in the room but no netflix etc which is unfortunate as we had a couple days of bad weather so would have been nice to be able to use TV

Only disappointments were the rule prohibiting all outside food and drink including water and the jacuzzi was not hot water. Other than those two items, the hotel surpassed my wildest expectations. It was a wonderful trip and I would recommend the property to a friend

The hotel is nice however the management is terrible. We booked the room with partial sea view, we went for honeymoon which we let them know and asked if it was possible go accommodate any decorations which they messaged us back promising:" As part of our complimentary honeymoon setup, we are pleased to offer the following amenities in your room: Fruit plate, Nuts, Bottle of drink and Celebration card." None of it was done when we checked in, the room had not even a bit of sea view, we had to call them and mention them thats when they changed it. The next day they just decorated a bit and left a dirty pillow cover on the sofa and the bedsheet was not changed as there were marks on it. None of the amenities were given we had call again to ask, which then they gave us few uncut fruits in a plate with knife and fork to eat. Truly an insult. There was a couple next to our room which was having loud arguments, shouting, slamming the door hard and fighting that was disturbing our sleep in the middle of the night for 2 days straight. We mentioned to the management they did not do anything until the situation escalated and people got hurt which is appalling. Police was needed. We asked for the water because we woke up late on day they did not restock it, which they provided the next day after calling them 5 times. The hotel itself it's really pretty, however the management is not good, that is why the whole stay has not been as enjoyable. Not Recommended. Not a 5 Star experience.

Loved this hotel, clean comfy beds peaceful around pool with plenty of beds available, the sea deck is lovely too and can get food down there, some people say you can't take own food and drinks into hotel but if you have them in your handbag or rucksack then no one says anything we had juice and water etc at the sunbeds everyday and they even gave us ice with a glass for it, would defo stay again only thing that I can complain about is the beds weren't very long I'm 5ft 11 and hubby is 6ft 2 and our feet stuck out the bottom despite being the width or a super king, but other than that amazing hotel amazing staff and would definitely stay again

Room: bed was comfortable and good size. However, given that we were staying for a week there was very little storage for our clothes - space for a few items to be hung up, but no shelves or drawers which resulted in my husbands clothes being placed on backs of chairs, while mine remained in the suitcase. We were also told on check in that our room had a partial seaview - there was no seaview visible to us. Gym - very good, plenty of equipment and available 24 hours. Decent size as well- bigger than our en suite room. One strange point about the gym was a note forbidding the filling of water bottles! Pool - good size pool and nice setting, plenty of loungers. However, as a non smoker it could be quite uncomfortable. There was no designated (no) smoking areas (which could be very easily implemented) therefore no matter where we positioned ourselves, inevitably smokers would sit on either side and proceed to chain smoke. Private "Beach" - definitely private and plenty of loungers both in and out of the shade. However, there was a distinct lack of sand/shingle for it to be considered a beach. The sea is accessed via 30 steep steps, the sea was beautiful but youre not going for a walk along the beach here. Hotel bar- relatively very expensive, a (standard) bottle of Corona was £8; cheapest bottle of (local) wine was £40, (while you could a bottle for £20 in a restaurant up the road). Turkish beer was half the price in a (very nice) burger place across the road. Wont bother re
