All the facilities of the villa are reserved exclusively for its visitors. You will therefore have private access to the entire villa and its bungalow. Under the Villa there is an outbuilding reserved for the owners who never occupy it when guests are present in the Villa.

The price of the stay includes: end of stay cleaning, one cleaning per week (2 to 3 hours for the bathrooms, floors and kitchen), one change of bed linen and towel per fortnight. If guests want more maintenance services, CAP SXM our property manager will offer them extra. The Secret Harbor villa is equipped with a clean water tank to avoid any water cuts during your stay. Smokers will refrain from smoking inside the villa. Appropriate ashtrays are provided on the terrace. We recommend renting a car.
