The stay itself was great, I cannot fault the cleaners and the service. However, the communication regarding my room requirements and not addressing my message from 2 months before my stay was very disappointing considering I was staying with a relative and we were given a double instead of 2 single beds. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The property let us know that there is no air conditioning at this time of year (April) with highs in the 70F. Plus side it did have a window to open but was loud outside until late in to the evening.

the property was in a superb location. 4 min walk to annemasse station where busses, trams and trains are. and 7 min walk the opposite direction to a tram stop coming directly from Geneva. however google maps will help you out! the hotel was surrounded by lots of food places. the only downside is there is no staff for check in it’s all outside via an AI tool. we did have no issues but for someone not tech savvy this may be difficult. there is a number to ring if anyone struggles.
