I was supposed to spend 5nights but I checked out after the 4th night,No air conditioning,I was extremely hot and sweating during my stay. My room wasn’t cleaned throughout my stay, every time I ask them at the reception they say rooms can only by cleaned after the 4th night in their hotel so I asked what if my stay isn’t up to that and the lady at the reception said then the room doesn’t get cleaned at all. The response was shocking, I just walked away with paper towels she gave me in my hands. There is no interphone in the rooms, To communicate with the hotel staff,you have to go all the way down with the elevator to the reception. The smell from the hotel entrance to the reception is unpleasant. I had mosquitoes in my room, Infact I was able to kill one soaked in my blood. To be honest I didn’t enjoy my stay in Campanile Annemasse. I didn’t get value for my money in any way.

We as family stayed here and had 3 rooms for 2 nights The entrance into building STUNK SO BAD of garbage disguised with deodorant spray …. i had to cover my mouth and nose everytime or i would gag seriously GROSS The area IS central to stores and restaurants it is NOT a quiet location The free buffet for breaky was good and staff at front desk were fabulous we recommend to stay here minus the stink when entering !! No reseption at night. Door lock got broken and no one answeared at "emergency number". Kids were terrifyed staying korridor at night. Poor english skills at service.

Had to check in late. Was given the wrong code for the safe to get out room key to enter the hotel. Once finally inside the hotel we were given a room that was occupied. The receptionist opened the door with her master key to that room while someone was asleep.

The hotel was a convenient location from the station and anyone travelling to Geneva and surrounding places. However check out is at 11am and not 12pm as stated on the website and the reception is on the first floor. On arrival day receptionist was welcoming but spoke only French.

Hotel was as expected. We had difficulty getting to the entrance due to major roadworks on avenue du gare. The room had a great mountain view with paragliders in the distance. Many good and drinks options nearby (Crazy Crepes was just outside the entrance)

Upon arrival, we asked for a crib for the baby, and we were told it was being brought up, but it never came. We went back to ask for it, again told it would come, and it never did. After two nights, we asked for housekeeping to come and clean our room. When we got back, all they did was replace all the towels with two towels and take out the trash. They didn't change the sheets, or add more soap into the dispenser or clean the toilet. Finally, on the last day we asked for an iron, First they told my husband someone else was using it. 30 mins later, I sent my daughter to check for it, and they told her there was no iron in the hotel. I sent my husband again, and finally they told the truth, saying the iron was given to another guest, but they had no recollection of which guest or when it would be returned. Overall, the experience was not a good one.
