We offer for vacation rental our large family home which can accommodate 12 people (8 adults and 4 children) air-conditioned, located in a quiet area in Annecy, 6km from the lake (15 min by car / bus / bike via cycle paths), on the side of the Semnoz (alpine ski resort / cross-country skiing / hiking / summer tobogganing, etc. 20 min away). Ideal for a family holiday combining both lake and mountains. 6-bedroom house on an 800m² plot with a swing, sandbox and children's playhouse (and a chicken coop!) Local shops (bakery/hairdresser/pharmacy) in the village 800m away. Val Semnoz shopping mall (Auchan Decathlon Biocoop Lidl etc) 2.5km away (5 min by car). The house consists of: On the first floor: - a large open-plan kitchen/living/dining room with a wood-burning stove. Table for 12 people. - A ground-floor terrace with a large table for 8/10 people and a second garden table for 4. 4 sun loungers available for the terrace. Awning. - A master suite (180cm memory foam bed) with shower room and toilet. - 1 separate toilet. Upstairs: - 2 children's bedrooms with a 90x190cm bed. A 90x200 mattress can be added for an extra child if needed. - A bedroom with a double bed (140cm) and a cot. - A bedroom with a sofa bed (160cm) (very comfortable sleeping space) + home office + television. - A very large bedroom/playroom of 34m² with a double bed (160cm). - A very spacious bathroom with a corner bath and shower. - A separate toilet. - A cellar with a window. PGJyPg PGJyPg 3 cars can park in the parking lot + free street parking. PGJyPg PGJyPg We may put a small above-ground children's pool back in the garden this summer (40/50cm water depth, 3m diameter, cover, but no safety system, very simple pool), subject to change. PGJyPg PGJyPg The environment is very quiet; a public footpath passes behind the house. PGJyPg Many hiking trails are accessible on foot from the house, as well as the Semnoz mountain with its mountain biking trails and Hiking. The lake is accessible by bike via a path for much of the way (approximately 15 minutes by bike from Les Marquisats). To return, an electric bike or good muscle power are necessary (150m elevation gain). The Rythmo 2 city bus line stops 150m from the house and goes to Annecy train station. The S2 bus line also stops 150m from the house and goes up to Semnoz in summer and winter. Pets are not allowed.
