This hotel is lovely and well located. It’s about a 5 minute walk to the old town and has a lovely Boulangerie in the lobby which is a great alternative to their daily breakfast if you don’t want to attend the buffet. Staff are nice and accommodating and the hotel is clean, well maintained and quiet. Would definitely stay here again.

Hotel is nice. I had booked a superior room which from the pictures appears a lake view room. Upon arrival, I was given a Mountain View room which I complained but they said this what I paid for. Not sure misunderstanding or other things, but I was not happy with type of room and all the high dollars I spent for three nights there. Other than that, staff were very nice and friendly.

This big modern hotel is convenient and quite good. It's location just outside of the old town area is perfect. The lake view should be spectacular except that it's raining during the two days that we stayed.

The property is very modern, clean and quiet. It is a short walk to the old town and waterfront. There are many dining options nearby. Breakfast is available from the hotel but there is also a cafe in the lobby that has a variety of pastries and sandwiches at very reasonable prices. We would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone planning a visit to Annecy.

Our two night stay was excellent. The staff was very friendly from the reception to the restaurant We decided to have supper at restaurant both evenings as the food was very good and reasonablypriced. Room was very clean and hotel is within walking distance to Old Annecy. We enjoyed sitting on 2nd floor terrasse at bar for drinks and had a great view. Something to note that hotel is on a main street so hear cars when on terrasse or pool.Not an issue for us. (;

The location of this property was perfect! There was a bike rental place just minutes up the road and the beach with kayak rentals a few minutes walking distance. Old town Annecy was less than a 10 minute walk up the street for us. Plenty of restaurants and sites and shopping all within walking distance. The staff was helpful and friendly and the cleaning service was the best I’ve had in a long time. They did not have a room ready for my son and me when we arrived but they locked up our luggage for us and allowed us to use the pool and facilities until our room was ready. I would stay here again!

Great Boulangerie

I was on a father and son trip. The stay was ‘OK’. Pretty unremarkable. Service on the terrace was pretty slow. So much so that I gave up in the end. Aircon was inefficient. So room was a bit too warm for us. Even though we set it at 18 degrees it wouldn’t go below about 21.5. However the Boulangerie on site was superb. Great food and great coffee.

Pool was beautiful, easy walking to old town Annecy. Rooms were amazing. Since most European showers don’t have full doors, I found this little perk so amazing to close a shower fully! Cafe downstairs was great. Pool service would be nice (quiet and no service) and it would be cool if they had a shuttle to their sister property, Imperial. Also, you need to make reservations at the main restaurant FYI. Overall, great place to stay!!!
