Discover the lake, the city center and its lively market, its cobbled streets and the beautiful canals of "Little Venice of the Alps".
This apartment can accommodate 4 people.

The first bedroom has a 160x200cm (King size) bed and the second has 2 single beds. You can enjoy the balcony after a beautiful day on the lake or in the mountains.
The apartment is equipped with a Smart TV, wifi, and all the necessary amenities to have a good stay such as a Nespresso coffee machine (and a filter), a washing machine...
The bathroom is equipped with a shower and the toilet are separate.

Linen will be provided for your stay, sheets, towels and kitchen towel.

Many restaurants and shops within walking distance; you can get around without a car during your stay.
The lake is a 5 min walk away. Bike rental nearby (a superb bike path makes all the way around the lake).

Pleasant stay very close to the lake

A clean and well maintained apartment - everything from the coffee machine to the dishwasher in excellent condition. Lots of towels and clean linen provided. Quiet neighbourhood so excellent for families. Lovely selection of shops/bars/patisserie just down the road. Really close to the beach and amenities.

TrĂšs bon emplacement par rapport au lac. 3 Ă©toiles seulement car literie moyenne et surtout et nous y tenons sur toutes les locations oĂč nous allons d avoir une vaisselle propre er lĂ  nous avons relavĂ© beaucoup de couverts, des assiettes et des poĂȘles....qui n Ă©taient vraiment pas propres et cela n est pas difficile Ă  regarder avant l arrivĂ©e des locataires. Enfin ce qui est bon Ă©galement Ă  savoir c'est qu aprĂšs 17h avoir une place de parking est presqu impossible et trouver une autre place ...gratuite n est pas si Ă©vident dans le quartier ...Ă  part ces 3 points moins positifs tout le reste Ă©tait bien.

Tout c’est trĂšs bien passĂ©. Juste un problĂšme au niveau du rĂšglement. Par 3 fois le paiement n’est pas passĂ©, la rĂ©servation a Ă©tĂ© annulĂ©e mais aprĂšs des echanges par mail avec l’équipe tout est rentrĂ© dans l’ordre. Il serait apprĂ©ciable d’avoir deux jeux de clĂ©s car on Ă©tait deux couples. Cordialement

Logement trÚs propre, à proximité directe du Lac et du centre ville (10 minutes à pied) parking gratuit dans la rue devant le logement-tout confort-quartier trÚs calme loin de la circulation-le petit moins est la mauvaise insonorisation du bùtiment. je recommande.

Nice apartment

The apartment was nice and clean and well located in Albigny. Check in was quite complicated. I didn’t receive details, had to call to make arrangements and then there was some confusion about whether the apartment was actually available. It would have been nice if some supplies such as dishwasher tablets, liquid for washing clothes and coffee could have been provided. But overall the apartment is nice and we had a good stay
