## Neighborhood

Located in the centre of the village of Seynod, this house will be your ideal start to visit Annecy and the surrounding mountains. From the bus stop 500m from the house, you will be in the centre of Annecy in 20 minutes, where you can visit the Palais de l'Île and the Château, enjoy the Casino or the pleasant gardens along the lake. If you want to relax, the municipal swimming pool is close to the flat.
Thanks to the quick access from the motorway (8 min from the Annecy-Centre exit), you can easily reach all the beautiful beaches of Lake Annecy, or go to the ski resorts of La Clusaz and Le Grand-Bornand.
