Buyer beware. The interior of the home was extremely dirty. Stained carpeting with dirt/residue throughout the home. Kitchen was not cleaned, refrigerator had food residue/stains, light switches were very dirty, bathrooms did not look clean. I opted to not stay, I was on the property for approximately 20 minutes. The owner refused to cancel my reservation or offer a refund. Owner claimed the home was professionally cleaned a few days prior to my arrival. The key left by the owner did not function, luckily I was able to reach the owner and after approximately 45 minutes, he let me into the property. I arrived at night; the upper deck leading to the front door is in poor condition, and there was no functioning lighting at that level, so I was fearful I would trip and fall. VRBO did not refund due to it not being an "extreme safety issue" according to their policy.
