The breakfast was 3/5. I wish the breakfast meat itself was of better quality because the bacon strips were very thin. The greeting itself was very nice and the hotel itself was very clean and cozy. Parking was plentiful and the water pressure was outstanding. Upon waking up the hallway noise was noticeable but we may have just had noisy neighbors. Will definitely revisit and recommend for a small getaway or a cozy place to reside when visiting Annapolis. Almost forgot to mention, there is a police station directly across the street so no need to worry about security.

The bar/lounge area was a little more upscale than you usually see at this price point. Rooms were clean and modern. I felt bad for the guy at the front desk, he was pretty swamped with requests all night. He could have used a second person to help things along

We unfortunately booked the room thru Expedia. As Expedia is a 3rd party, those that booked directly thru Marriott/Fairfield had preference over our booking. When we arrived, we were unpleasantly surprised not to have a room. The hotel staff initially took very little to no responsibility of the situation and recommended we go thru Expedia to find an alternate stay. Fortunately for us, my wife and the hotel associate were able to find an alternate place for us to stay. I will not book thru Expedia or a 3rd party again.

Nice hotel, clean with a good bar and staff were nice. Parking lot was extremely full both nights and we needed to park illegally in the lot in a fire zone. Seems like they should figure that out if they also charge $30 for parking.

The place was virtually new! Clean, quiet, has the amenities you need. The only downfall was that the hotel was not easy to get to. Would recommend traveling around rush hour traffic. Other than that, highly recommend!

I didn’t like the $30 parking fee that I was not expecting and neither of the two rest rooms on the lobby level were operational. One restroom had a sign on the door to use the other restroom and that restroom had a clogged toilet that looked awful with wads of wet toilet paper and who knows what else.

My wife and I along with our dog Milly were very impressed with this hotel. It was very clean. All the staff were super kind and very accommodating. The hotel with the amount of people who stayed on this very popular weekend it was surprisingly quiet. We had a late check out about 1040 and nobody bombarded us in the morning. It was one of the most relaxing experiences we've had. We will be back in the near future. It was also not a bad walk to the downtown area.

Very poor Service. They don’t make up the rooms every day. They told us that they gave us a card when we checked in telling us that the rooms would not be made up. That was a falsehood. We asked the room to be made up. They said they would do it. They didn’t. This is a low class hotel. Strongly recommend finding a better place. For the price, it is a bad value.
