The room was clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The staff was friendly and attentive. My only complaint was how loud the heating/cooling unit was.

I was housed across from a known nuisance. The staff knew this resident, that he was an alcoholic and known for his antics. The food was also very mediocre. It’s hard to effectively rate in this particular instance.

The staff was first rate. Accidentally was given a smoking room but we were given a great, non smoking room quickly. The room was very clean and had a good night's sleep. The attentive staff was a pleasure. It's difficult to find people of that caliber anywhere....good job!

We've stayed at this hotel at least 20 times, despite being in the corner, in the back near the highway, we've found that the rooms are consistently clean and cozy. In the summer, the pool is awesome. And the breakfast is great. We'll be back

Best Western provided a clean comfortable room for our stay at Annapolis. There was plentiful parking and the staff was courteous and helpful. The breakfast was adequate and centrally located. I would definitely recommends this establishment
