Updated and private upper floor condominium. Freshly painted. Remodeled kitchen with white cabinets and stainless steel appliances, hardwood floors, remodeled bathroom, electric fireplace, and private balcony. Ample master bedroom with walk-in closet. Wonderful community spanning approximately 40 acres of land with amenities perfect for health/fitness/relaxation including a swimming pool, basketball court, tennis courts, fitness trail, tot lots, and picnic areas!

Guests receive one dedicated/assigned parking spot for a non-commercial non-oversized vehicles during the hours of 6am to 10pm. Free street parking is available for additional vehicles at night. Free paid overnight parking is available at the Fairfax Inova Hospital.

Please remember that you’re staying in a house, not a hotel so treat the space with respect. If any issues arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.

A one time $50 pet fee will be assessed for up to two small pets.

The central heating system is currently set to cool. Because the heating and cooling system is a two-pipe system, this means you can only have one or the other on at a time; not both.

The central system will turn back heat only on about Oct. 15.

Liked: Communication, location, listing accuracy

Acceptable

Did not receive check in instructions. Called the owner and he helped us check in but was definitely irritated and hurried to end the call. Did not understand that there was laundry or parking permit until we received the check out instructions.
