Beach Bums rental was seriously right down the street which made it so easy to grab our golf cart to get around the Island.

Great location for access to all the hot spots on the island - 2 blocks from Pine Ave shops & restaurants, public beaches at both ends of Tarpon, and only a few blocks from the main road that runs south to Holmes beach area. House was perfect for our party of 6 - 4 adults and 2 kids. Rooms are tiny and relatively close together but were only used for sleeping so didn’t really matter. Outdoor deck, pool/spa and bar area are great amenities. The palm trees and surrounding houses shield most of the sun and it was great having shade to sit and relax, but not ideal if you’re looking for heat and sun. It was great having bikes and beach equipment. Would definitely consider staying here again for the location.

Lovely, well-equipped home with a pool and spa that were better than we have ever seen and we have stayed at many vacation homes! We spent a ton of time enjoying the pool area. The house is the perfect location for exploring the northern part of AMI and the trolley stop was nearby. Everything you could want was conveniently provided (bikes, beach chairs, cooler, beach wagon, umbrella). Beds were comfortable and the back porch was perfect for reading or breakfast, also a gas firepit which was nice for evening chats. As mentioned, we spent a lot of time in the pool, and had some great beach days as well. Recommend renting a golf cart for convenience if planning to go to the gulf-side beaches frequently as it is a few blocks (but not a bad walk). AMI General Store was extremely convenient and has an ice cream shop there which was great. Our favorite close restaurant was The Sandbar, and we also loved Tide Tables in Cortez. The Feast had a good menu for food and drinks but less ambiance. Breezy Bakery is in Cortez and also wonderful; they made a delicious vegan chocolate birthday cake for my daughter who is allergic to egg and milk: highly recommend! Aside from the cake, everything else there was amazing too!Overall a great trip and great Vrbo, 10/10 would recommend.

This house had it all -- huge pool with outdoor lounging area. Plenty of sunny areas for me, plenty of shaded areas for kids. Also the house was well stocked and in a great location. We could walk to the coffee shop, stores, and of course, to the beach.We would definitely stay again!

Wonderful Stay in Anna Maria Island

We absolutely loved our stay at Tarpon Point. The home was exceptionally clean when we arrived and we loved the wonderful layout of the home and great pool for our family. John helped to make sure we had a pack 'n play that was available for our stay. Great location to walk to the beach and Pine Ave. Highly recommend renting a golf cart to explore the island and especially for parking closer to Bean Point Beach! Would love to stay here again for any future trips to Anna Maria Island!

Just a 10 minute walk to the Gulf. Pool, hot tub and the amenities were awesome. Fully stocked kitchen. Would stay there again! 2 minute walk to Pine street where there is a general store, BBQ, Pizza and lots of Ice Cream to eat.

Location Location Location

Beautiful home that was perfect for vacation spot with adult children! We walked to restaurants for dinner, did a fishing charter in the bay, biked around the island, and had Pina colada's at sunset on the beach. We loved the pool and the spa party! Home is well cared for and had all the accessories you would need for a beach vacation!
