The room had a few issues. Nothing horrible just the shower glass could’ve been cleaned better. The toilet paper is hard to reach from the toilet the shower doors to get in are extremely close to the toilet so if you are bigger like me then it’s a little harder to get into. The lamps and the headboards were dusty. The front desk guy was amazing very helpful and funny. Even with the few small issues I’d stay agin

We enjoyed our one-night New Year's Eve stay here. The room was nice, exercise equipment in the room was an interesting touch. Only disappointment was the cool temperature and dirtiness of the pool. It appears the pool needs a good scrubbing of the tile walls. We did ask management if the heat of the pool could be increased, twice, but it didn't feel warmer.

I would love to give them a higher star rating, but I feel like I'm watching this hotel go downhill. My husband really enjoys staying at this hotel when we're in town and it has always been a really nice and clean place to stay. But the last couple of days have just been not that great. The staff is great, very friendly and very helpful, but the hot tub has been down the last couple of times we stayed. Yes you can go across the parking lot to the other hotel and use there amenities, but that is not very convenient when it's 15° and snow everywhere. This time our toilet wouldn't flush and it took several calls downstairs to get someone in the room to fix it. When the lady came to fix it, she tried to hand me the plunger, she told me she was in a rush and needed to get back across the street to the other hotel. I thought that was a very unacceptable, but my husband was tired and so he took care of it. This down the last three times we've stayed

The hot tub was broken the pool room was freezing cold, so it was almost impossible to enjoy the pool, and the fire alarms went off multiple times, it was not an enjoyable stay.

Room was in good condition. Very noisy highway limited my sleep. I booked this hotel last minute and called prior to booking- asked if pool was open- was told yes. Upon arrival 2 hours later, the pool was not running and the sign on the door did not appear new. I booked the hotel so my child could swim while I had a work evening event. Shower took a while to warm up. If the place wasn’t clean, I would have given less stars. I would not stay here again unless I had to and I’d recommend bringing ear plugs.

No, this facility is close to the U of M, so no shops available, perhaps State St - prices a bit high, did not eat here

Room spotless…you could infer they took their time. Staff all pleasant, helpful, and friendly. Will stay again for short trip. Food in the restaurant is subpar at best, but still edible if you are starving.
