I am caregiver for my disabled sister so my hotel search was for indoor pool, gym, free breakfast, bar, and mall shuttle so that we could both enjoy my birthday getaway. I got the gym and a restaurant that sold alcohol. Pool was down, no shuttle, restaurant to purchase meals, inoperable pod coffee maker in the room, and 1 chair that broke the first night and was never replaced. With no chair, my sister couldn't even sit at the desk and work at her laptop.

I love this place, very clean. One thing I love the most is a nice bathroom and they definitely didn’t disappoint! The staff communicated well even through texting. I was working late and I wasn’t able to check in on and I ended up checking in around 1am, I asked if it’s possible if I can have a late checkout and they did, they let me stay til 1pm without extra charge even tho the checkout time is supposed to be at 11am. Overall amazing experience!

Attractive, comfy bed, exceptionally clean. The first room assigned to me was on the first floor on the freeway side. Way too noisy. I went back to the front desk and asked for a room on the quiet side and, it may have been smaller, but it was quiet and comfortable. The hotel was far from full. I don't understand why they would assign the noisy rooms when they had others available.
