You really don't need a car as this location is in the absolute center of downtown. Walk 5 blocks in any direction and you will have covered downtown Ann Arbor.

Great VRBO. Right next to university and to downtown Ann Abror. Clean and well stocked in terms of kitchen utensils etc. Manager/owner is very responsive and helpful in the event there are any issues. Would highly recommend staying at the Garden Flat for a visit to the University of Michigan.

Excellent stay with young kids

House was just the right size four our family of four. The location was excellent with young kids (1 & 3), within walking distance of the library, hands on museum, and coffee shops. We would definitely stay here again.

Ann Harbor Guesthouse is a great place to stay! It’s so close to restaurants and campus and Ann Arbor is a fun city to be in. The host was very accommodating with our checkout which we so appreciated.

Incredible location right in the middle of Ann Arbor, a stones throw from campus. The place was clean, safe, and had all the standard amenities. The owner is very easy to communicate with, although we didn’t need to reach out much as the place was perfect.
