We were pleasantly surprised to check in early, thanks to the friendly assistance of the front desk staff. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, and the breakfast was an absolute delight, offering a wide variety of delicious options. However, the Wi-Fi in the rooms was a major letdown. It was incredibly slow and needed a significant upgrade to meet modern standards.

Staff was helpful. Room was cleaned/fresh towels -daily. Nice water pressure. Room was nice, just warm/hot. Couldn’t open both windows. Didn’t use any other amenities onsite. Location is away from city center, so it is quieter. Walking distance (up and down hill) to bus stations and metro. Walking distance from some shopping and restaurants. Generally-a great stay and intend to come again in a few months!

The first night the AC was set for heating. Even after switching it off, and opening the window, the temperature at the room was 25.5 Celsius. Moreover, some of the lights in the room couldn't be turned off. Ultimately, I could barely sleep. Ilkay Bey at the reception changed my room for the second night and I had a good sleep.

The bad mattress is awful and I had a serious back pain the next day. Elevator was also a disaster. They were so slow. The shower heads was full of calc, spraying water everywhere, but me. can be a two star hotel but definitely not a five star.

Stayed 2 nights- at first took more than one hour to check in- hotel did not received our booking info, the first night was okey - but second night it was very noisy - laud music- laud punching and ..made several complain to hotel reception from 10 pm to 4 AM , was the most terrible and unpleasant time - couldn't sleep whole night Also even we put dont disturb sign-on door- about 5 pm room service just opened the door without any knocking on door - I ve been traveling with my mom- just imagine if it was a couple in the room !!!!!!! Not recommending at all

Terrible!!

Lightening in the room was terrible. I had to call tech guy to turn off the lights. He punched the electric box a couple of times to fix the problem. It was the same thing in the morning. Terrible!!
