After reading the reviews online from the past month, the location is good, room is fine but the amount of hair on the floor, in between the sheets and on the pillows is a shock and horror! Would not recommend, sorry. Very friendly staff though.

During my stay, hot water was not available in the room. Additionally, the system indicated that breakfast was included, but this was not the case according to the reception. When I raised the issue, the front office staff responded unprofessionally, making tasteless jokes such as, “I can buy Simit if you wish.” This was disappointing and did not meet the expected standard of service.

Gece saat 01:30 civarı check in yaptım resepsiyondaki arkadaşın tavrı ve tutumundan hiç memnun kalmadığımızı öncelikle belirtmek isteriz bunun akabinde odalarda ses yalıtımı neredeyse yok bırakın yan odayı koridorda dahi olan biten herşey sizin odanızda yaşanıyor gibi gece boyunca bu sebepten uyuyamadık odaların kapısı defalarca açılıp kapandı bu major problem haricinde otel temizlik olarak oda genişliği yatak konforu vs gibi konularda gayet güzeldi bunuda ayrıca belirtmek isterim birdaha konaklar mıyım bilmiyorum ama kesinlikle giriş katta bir odada konaklamam o kesin

Tesisin fiziksel koşulları tam bir hayal kırıklığıydı. Yatağa göre küçük seçilmiş çarşaflar sürekli yerinden çıktı ve yatağı düzgün kullanmak imkansızdı. Banyodaki duş gideri problemliydi, sürekli su birikiyordu. Odada klimayı çalıştıracak bir kumanda bile yoktu ve saymaya gerek duymadığım daha birçok ufak tefek eksik mevcuttu. Teknolojik imkanlar da çok zayıftı. Odada TV ve Wi-Fi var ancak TV'den Netflix vb. hiçbir şeye girilemiyor (bir önceki konaklamamda da TV internete bağlanmıyordu). Bu basit TV sorunu için bile resepsiyonu aradığımda hiçbir şekilde yardımcı olmadılar. Personelin bu ilgisizliğini ve amatörlüğünü görünce; çarşaf, gider ve klima gibi o kadar fiziksel eksikliği bildirmek için tekrar aramaya tenezzül bile etmedim. Çünkü çözüm üretecek bir işletme anlayışları yok. Paranızı sokağa atmak ve mağdur olmak istemiyorsanız kesinlikle uzak durun.

Konum olarak çok güzel bir yerde, güvenlik açısından da aynı şekilde gecenin bir yarısı çıksanız bile etraf güvenli görünüyor. Zaten her taraf büyükelçiliklerle dolu. Çevresinde birçok kafe ve restoran var, yine merkezi bir konumda olduğu için kızılay meydanı gibi yerlere bile ulaşımınızı kolaylıkla sağlayabiliyorsunuz. Çalışanları çok ilgililerdi, sorduğum konularda yardımcı oldular. Ben Mart ortası vize görüşmemden ötürü 1 gecelik bir konaklama geçirdim, malum Ankara olduğu için akşam üşürüm diye endişelenmiştim ama tam tersine baya bir sıcaktı oda. Sadece tek olumsuz tarafı sabah 8 gibi sesler gelmeye başladı, yan tarafımdaki oda erken mi çıkış yaptı anlayamadım ama sesler kesilmedi 1-1,5 saat devam etti kapı açıp kapatma, musluktan akan su sesleri vs tenizliğe etken başladılar sanırım. Aşırı gürültülü sesler değildi ama uyutmadı da, bir de televizyonlarında normal televizyon kanalı çekmiyordu. Bunu söyleyecektim ama unutmuşum :) hani benim için çok önemli değildi ama isteyenler olabilir. Genel olarak memnun kaldığım bir konaklama hizmeti oldu. Şu anlık kahvaltı servisleri yoktu ama bayramdan sonra büyük ihtimalle geleceğini söylediler.
